Twin Mill Pallet & Shavings is fully dedicated to achieving zero-waste, which is why we have carefully implemented a process that will make our goal possible. During the log-cutting process, we collect all the shaving on a belt which sends them directly into a bailer. These shavings are then compressed and wrapped in a plastic film to reduce their volume and keep them fresh for longer. With this sustainable approach, we aim to minimize our environmental impact while providing quality products.

Bagged Shavings
Our bagged southern pine shavings are the ideal bedding solution for your residential animals. These shavings are individually bagged with various sizes available to suit your needs. They are all kiln-dried and never touch the ground, ensuring the highest quality and hygiene standards. In addition, our shavings are remarkably low in dust in order to promote a healthy environment for your pets. Our bags come in large, medium, or mixed flake sizes to fit your needs!
Bulk Baled Shavings
Our bulk baled southern pine shavings are the perfect solutions for your farm bedding needs. Shavings will be kiln-dried and immediately baled, never touching the ground. Each bale is compressed into compact 4x4 bales and securely wrapped in a waterproof and pest-resistant plastic film — allowing them to be stored outside for up to three years. Whether you have a poultry or equestrian farm, our bulk baled shavings provide the cleanliness and comfort your animals deserve!
